: The duty of the service recipient who takes service in a health institution or with a health worker will be as follows:-
(a) Be aware of your health, adopt a healthy lifestyle, do yoga and physical exercise and use the services provided by health institutions,
(b)   A person receiving health care shall comply with the rules of the health institution,
(c)   to provide the health institution with accurate information related to his health condition and to assist the health workers in obtaining health services,
(d) To respect the dignity and respect of health workers and health institutions (e) Not to do physical, mental or sexual violence against health workers,
(f) In case of refusal to take the recommended partial or full treatment, mention and sign the treatment card or discharge certificate,
(g) Subject to section 6, to go to the health institution referred by the health institution and receive services.
